When Police burn drugs after being seized,Would they get Stoned if not wearing face masks?

Watched The Force last nite on T.V and while they burned the drugs the police were standing near the smoke,no masks.When Police burn drugs after being seized,Would they get Stoned if not wearing face masks?
Yes they would and it has happened. They now have requirements as to where they can burn, what time, who is around and so on so that they don't have this problem nor do any citizens who may live nearby.When Police burn drugs after being seized,Would they get Stoned if not wearing face masks?
If they got stoned they would fail there weekly drug testing and loose there job.
Is this an organized form of passive smoking,or worse still will we see a raft of claims for cancer related illnesses,under the guise of we were only doing our job,yes they pinch us the general community when affected by drugs and such, after the big burn ,maybe they to drug test police invoved to see if they are fit to drive or is this another case of they handle their drugs better than the rest of the community.
